2. Definitions  

2.1 Unless otherwise specified, the following definitions apply: 

Customer: The company or undertaking placing an order with Danhydra. Referred to as: ‘you’, ‘your’ or ‘customer’. 

Danhydra: Danhydra A/S, Company Registration (CVR) No. DK-33595344, Lollandsvej 2D, 7400 Herning. Referred to as: ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘we’ or ‘Danhydra’. 

Parties: ‘Danhydra’ is one part and ‘Customer’ is another part. Together referred to as ‘parties’. 

Terms of Sale and Delivery: These terms and conditions, including any appendices. 

Product: A product/item ordered from Danhydra A/S through the webshop by the Customer. 

Order: Product(s) purchased by customer at Danhydra. 

Special order: Orders with products not available in stock and will take longer to process and ship. 

Conditions for return of products to Danhydra: Conditions for returning products, available on Danhydras’s webshop. 

Fees: Fees for delivery, payment and services, available on Danhydras’s website. 

Services: Services offered by Danhydra, purchasable by the Customer at a price determined by Danhydra. 

3. Validity 

The following terms and conditions are applied to every order, unless another written agreement has been made. If you have any questions, please contact us through our email: sales.emea@danhydra.com or phone +45 70 22 42 32. 

We follow the Orgalime S 2000 terms and conditions as standard, and are exclusively doing business with other businesses, therefore no private persons can place an order.

Orders may only be placed by legal entities or individuals acting in a professional or commercial capacity. Private consumers, as defined under applicable consumer protection laws, are strictly prohibited from placing orders. Any order placed by a private person shall be considered invalid.

4. Prices 

All prices are stated in Euro or Danish kroner, exclusive of VAT and other charges. Danhydra can change prices due to increased costs, changes in exchange rates, taxes etc. 

5. Payment 

You have 2 (two) options when placing an order through the online shop. You can either pay with a business payment card or an invoice.   

5.1 Pay by credit card 

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.  

We accept only business cards, VISA and mastercard. 

The money will be reserved on your card or account until: 

1) We withdraw the amount when we send the item, or 

2) The money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer. 

You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer. 

The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is ready for shipment.  

5.2 Pay by invoice 

The invoice will be issued electronically and has due to the date specified on the invoice. Failure to pay the invoice by the due date may result in additional charges, including interest and reminder fees.  The customer cannot set off counter claims against Danhydra. 

5.3 Ownership 

Danhydra retains ownership of the product until full payment is received. 

6. Delivery 

6.1 Responsibility 

Danhydra assumes full responsibility for the goods until they have left our warehouse. All shipments are handled according to Incoterms® 2020 – Ex Works (EXW). Danhydra will arrange and book shipping for the order; however, risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to the buyer once the shipment departs from our warehouse.

6.2 Delivery time 

We are striving to deliver your order as fast as possible, but the exact delivery time can vary depending on a specific order and delivery address. Our goal is to send your order within a week from our warehouse in Denmark. If this is not possible you will be contacted by our sales team, where they'll present an alternative.

6.3 Shipping prices 

The shipping price is calculated from the weight of the order. The chosen shipping company can vary depending on the country and the weight/size of your order. DSV is handling all shipments from the webshop to all countries.

The calculated shipping price involves the cost of pallets and shipment fee. 

6.4 Countries

Danhydra currently handle orders and shipments to the following countries:

  • Denmark
  • Germany
  • Sweden
  • Italy
  • Spain
  • France
  • Poland

Orders placed from outside these countries cannot be processed through our webshop. For inquiries about shipping to other destinations, please contact our sales team at sales.emea@danhydra.com.

6.5 Heavy loads 

If the weight of the order is above 1050 kg, the shipping prices are no longer available online. Depending on the chosen payment method, the price of the shipment will be added after the order has been placed. Therefore, you’ll have to make an additional payment for the freight, if you have paid by credit card. If you have paid by invoice, the costs will be added to your final invoice. 

7. Accuracy of information 

All information provided by the customer must be accurate and truthful. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the details submitted during the order process are correct. Any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the information provided may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of the order. The customer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and any consequences arising from incorrect or misleading details. 

This also includes an active VAT-number, registered in Europe. We use this website to confirm the given information: Check a VAT number (VIES) - Your Europe. 

8. Defects and complaints 

The customer must inspect products immediately upon delivery and notify Danhydra of any defects within 5 business days. Danhydra will repair or replace defective products at their option. If repair or replacement is not possible, the customer can have the repair done by a third party or claim a proportionate reduction in the purchase price. Defects must be reported within 12 months of delivery.

9. Limitation of liability in case of delay, defects, or faulty delivery  

Danhydra is not liable for indirect losses or consequential damage unless they acted wilfully or with gross negligence. Danhydra’s total liability cannot exceed the price of the product.  

Nor is Danhydra liable for faulty maintenance, incorrect erection or faulty repair by the customer. 

Force majeure events exempt Danhydra from liability.  

Danhydra must notify the Customer of force majeure events in reasonable time. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure, the delivery time is extended by the duration of the event, but either party can cancel the order if the event lasts more than three months. 

10. Product Liability  

Danish law applies to product liability.  

Danhydra is liable for personal injury caused by a product if it is due to failure or negligence.  

Danhydra is not liable for damage to property caused by a product after delivery.  

Danhydra is not liable for indirect losses or consequential damage unless they acted wilfully or with gross negligence.

11. Return policy 

11.1 Period of return 

Products can be returned to Danhydra if they are undamaged and in original packaging within 14 days, starting from the day after receiving the order. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. If the order consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part. 

If it is an agreement for regular delivery of products over a specified period, the return period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item. 

The period means that you have 14 days from the day after receiving the order to notify us that you regret your purchase. You can send an email to sales.emea@danhydra.com and use the standard return form, which you find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You cannot regret the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time. 

Once you have notified us that you want to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. You must pay the cost of returning the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport. 

11.2 Partial return 

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items even if they were purchased in one order. 

Note that you do not get the shipping costs back if you partially withdraw your purchase. 

11.3 No rights of returns 

These agreements cannot be withdrawn: 

Delivery of goods manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized. 

Agreements for specific urgent repair or maintenance work at your place, which you have explicitly requested. 

11.4 Condition of the item when returned 

If the item has lost value due to you using it in a way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean that you won’t have any refunds. 

We recommend that you return the item(s) in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item. 

11.5 Refund of the purchase amount 

If you regret your purchase, you will receive 80% of the paid price due to administration and handling of the order. If an item has depreciated, we will also deduct the amount for which you are liable. 

We refund payments received from you, except delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returns. We will return the money using the same payment method that you used at the time of purchase unless we have agreed otherwise. 

We may withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us proof of having returned it.

11.6 Return form 

To return your products, please send the withdrawal form by e-mail, and include a physical copy of the withdrawal form with the returned order. 

A physical return form is included with the original shipment and must be used when returning items. If the return form has been lost, a new copy can be found here: Return Form.
